That's too bad.  I know he's never responded to me either, tho I emaled him rather than using social media.

I'd suggest then that you just use the maps, there's easy tools in gamefaqs to report copyrighted material if not allowed.  Peices of maps are posted all over the place...  Aside from the weapon icons there's nothing there really anyway.
