It says:

''"The most popular eight pages in your [http://community.wikia.com/wiki/Help%3ACategory%23Category_presentation categories] are already displayed as images, but this feature will list all of your pages as image links sortable by name, recency, or popularity!"''

So, if I turn it on, it will show images for all the pages in each category. I think that sounds good. Is this what you mean?
