I had been thinking this recently as well. We need several templates to establish consistency across the wiki. I'm just learning them myself. I started by creating Template:Enemy Page. You can use it by editing a page and typing {{ which should then bring up a dialog where you can select the "Enemy_Page" template, and it will ask you to fill in some information. I'm sort-of still working on it—not quite sure how to fit in a standard image yet, which as you say would be very nice. I also think I'll add a "filename" entry per your other post. Thanks for all the help here! It's good to see interest in building out the wiki :)

Also, I think it's a great idea to add a trophies/achievements page and it would be cool if you could get that started.
Regarding the word "glitch": you are correct that it's not used in-game. The closest we get is the word "corrupt" used in the description of the Address Disruptor 1 or the word "artifact" used by Elsenova when you enter a Secret World. However, I don't really have a problem with the word "glitch" as it is widely used by the community when discussing the game, and thus will be well understood for informational purposes. I would concede that in Lore-related content, we could use "corrupt".
