In his [https://youtu.be/OX9Fw2HwyZs retrospective video] , the Phawx brings up another character named [[Drushka ]] who appears in 2 Notes, [[The_Outsider_(Note)|The_Outsider]] and [http://Letter (Note) Letter]. He concludes this to be another Rusalka who is a double-agent and that she may have foiled Plan A. I hesitate to jump to this though, since we have so little evidence aside from the fact that her name sounds like a Rusalka name.
