I concur. The Breach was used, nay, required to travel between Earth and Sudra, (i believe this was mentioned in the post-Vision cutscene and the The Breach note) As it stands, destroying the Breach Attractor dispelled enough of the Breach that travel back to Earth was rendered, if not impossible, then excessively risky and difficult.
