Weird.  I found all but the earliest PC builds to be pretty stable throughout.  Before 1.08, I think I recall some problems with onboard Intel GPU stuff.  There is a fault log generated, so for everyone's benefit, you should crash the game on purpose and submit the error log to steam.  I know the newest update offset most of my weapon calculations, but did not make the multi disruptor useful.
