I suppose this passage is based on the note My Lovely (Note)? It is up for debate who that note is aimed at though and, well, Oracca is walking the halls of Indi... She may still be insane, but maybe not as tormented as before, and the fact she walks the direction Trace wishes is indicating that she has some consience of her surroundings. She isn't dead, and I don't think she is dreaming either.
